Ordering  

1.  We currently accept orders via telephone, toll free 866 884
6546 or 865 986 9966.  Or fill out an order blank (coming
soon) and fax it to us:  877 884 6546 or 865 986 9967.    

2.  All prices are in United States’ Dollars (USD) FOB our shop
in Friendsville, TN.  The price for out of stock items may
change and we reserve the right to change this price based on
our restock costs.   We can now accept Euros and other
European countries directly by wire transfer.  Inquire!

3. Prices may include domestic US shipping in the lower 48
states.  See additional information below.    

4. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us
immediately and save all packaging. All goods are shipped
FOB our shop in Friendsville or supplier's warehouse. You are
responsible for filing with the carrier.  The item is yours when
we hand it to a carrier.

5. We attempt to stock a wide range of items, but we cannot
stock everything at all times. In stock items usually ship the
next business day if and only if ordered in the morning!  Items
not in stock generally ship within 7 business days depending
on how quickly we can get the items from suppliers.  Some
items may be drop shipped.  You should receive an email
confirmation of shipping from FedEx for most items.  Look for
an email from FedEx in your inbox or bulk mail folder!  If we
cannot fill your order within a reasonable time, we’ll suggest
alternatives.  We do go to shows, vacations, etc and may not
be able to ship.  There are only 1.5 of us.  

Payment  

Payment can be made by credit card/debit card, check, or
money order:  

1. Credit or debit card.  We do not provide any information
provided during credit card ordering to others.  We deny
liability for any loss you suffer from unauthorized access any
data you provide when accessing or ordering from us.   

2. Check or money order. Make payment to Stephen K. Perry
and send with our order blank filled out completely.   Send to:

3.  International payments via wire transfer, inquire.

4.  In accordance with state law, we collect sales tax in for
shipments shipped or otherwise delivered to Tennessee.  You
can pick out something at our store and not pay sales tax if we
ship it to another state.  Where you take delivery is the
determining fact.   

Shipping Charges  

Some things we sell include shipping in the lower 48 US states.  
Because this is often the charge for shipping from a warehouse
to you and is the same as shipping to us, International buyers
will sometimes not get credit for the included US shipping.

All shipments are FOB our shop or a drop shipper’s
warehouse.  Means you are assuming the risk during
shipment.  You will file with the carrier in case of loss or
damage.  We will assist as is reasonable.

We package items extremely carefully and ship via FedEx
ground to ensure that instruments are not damaged.  FedEx
notifies you via email of the tracking number and delivery time
expected. We aren’t responsible for their delays, which are
rare but do occur.    

We normally ship within 2 business days of ordering for things
in stock.  Drop shipped items go out on the suppliers normal
schedule.  If we have to have something shipped here and
then reship add 3 to 8 days. If you really need expedited
shipping, give us a call. Express costs more. Much more. Our
carrier pickup is fairly early in the day, so late orders requiring
overnight service may incur a hefty charge for one of us to
drive to the airport.    

International shipping is via US Postal Service.   Inquire for
a quote.   Please note that for international shipping we cannot
replace lost shipments (with the exception of USPS Global
Express and UPS Worldwide Express, whose prices include a
guarantee that in the event of a lost/damaged shipment your
package will be replaced).  The Postal Service may place limits
on insurance coverage allowed.  Everything we ship is FOB our
store or the supplier’s warehouse - you assume risk of loss
once placed in carrier's hands.  International shipping charges
do not include import duties, taxes or broker fees imposed by
governments or other parties.  We have no control over any of
these charges.  We must under US law make an accurate
declaration of the price paid.    

If anything is damaged in a shipment we will assist you in
handling the insurance claim.  Please retain all packing.

Satisfaction Guarantee   

We work hard to be very reasonable.  If you don’t like a
product you purchase from us, let us know.  Our business is
making you happy!  We'll do our best to correct any problems
to your satisfaction
within reason.  Items may be returned in
original packaging, unused, along with the sales receipt for a
refund if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the item and
the item arrives here within 2 weeks of our shipping date.  
Risk
of loss until we examine and accept the return remains on you
.  

A carrier's attempt to deliver counts as delivery and the 3 day
ticker starts.  Be there to get your item!
 

We reserve the right to reject damaged or incomplete return
shipments, or charge a restoration or damage fee.  For guitars,
we deduct shipping and handling charges and the fees we pay
for use of a credit card (generally 3% plus $0.50 covering the
original charge and the refund).  Guitar shipping deducted is
generally $35.  For cases and other items that aren't subject to
taste and don't need a trail period we charge a flat 10%
restock fee.  Please make sure you really want what you order.
Case shipping deducted is generally $20.  Small items
generally $4.  
You agree not to contest or charge back
reasonable fees and charges and to cover all costs of
collecting on unreasonable chargebacks or other failures to
pay, including court costs, attorney fees, collection agency
fees, and any other incidental or consequential fees.

You are responsible for any action required to make and
collect a claim from a carrier or any other entity responsible or
potentially responsible for damage prior to our acceptance.  
You are responsible for loss if a carrier leaves an item outside
our shop without a signature of an employee and that item is
stolen or damaged.  We will help you file any claims as
reasonable.

Product Warranties   

We work with you to get manufacturers to honor their
warranties.  We attempt to summarize or link to manufacturer’s
warranties on this Site, but please check with the
manufacturers for current information.  Some manufacturers
want buyers to work directly with them.  We’ll tell you if this is
the case.  We are not responsible if the manufacturer does not
honor a warranty to your satisfaction.

Privacy  

We don’t share your information with anyone except as
necessary to process credit card and other charges.  We don't
set cookies, but our service provider may.  We don't have any
control over that.
